HELP!!! 'Paid To Click' Page isn't loading!!!

The 'Paid To Click' page is taking forever to load!...That never happened before...and when it did finally load some components are missing like the 'Step 1: content' and the content in the middle. Heeeeeeeelllp!!!

Okay, I feel better. I thought it was just me.

That's weird. It was working ok for me this morning. Maybe it's because of those upgrades they are doing on the site.
