What is a special achievement?

From the first post, there are 11 hidden achievements that won't be announced until someone hits upon it... For example, I got one for using the   for the first time in this thread, and another for making the first post that included a picture in it... So far it looks like that'll be the only way I'm gonna win anything in this game. At least the achievements don't count towards the max 3 wins (ha! like I'm gonna even get 1 win, let alone 3!)
