That's the problem with people today, they turn a blind eye and walk away from those in need of help. Sometimes we have to take a chance in life in order to save a life whether your living in NY or any other city. Too often injured people are walked over in the streets because people are too self absorbed or just plain too lazy to give someone a hand. A simple phone call to 911 could have saved that poor man's life. Of course we may never know. I hope to God that if I was in that situation someone would come to my aid.

Yea, I would have done something for sure. How many people are walking around with cell phones and you can't make one simple phone call, that may have saved someones life?
