  I watched this video several times and didn't get credit.

I watched it 4 times and DID NOT get any credit. ALSO, I went to the place where you check the status of Special Offers. UNBELIEVABLE-----BUT----It did not even recognize that I had viewed the video ' Dear John Blooper" It was not listed in Pending Offers OR anywhere. There is definately some kind of software malfunction, so it seems.

UPDATE----I submitted a support ticket about this yesterday-----BUT----When I clicked on SUPPORT today to see if there was any answer----The ticket was NOT THERE, sooooo there was NO ANSWER.
