All higher education is expensive these days.
look at the pros/cons....
with online school you can often still keep a job with little disturbance of your normal schedule/routine

A friend of mine went there/got a degree through them, they liked it and the course work was pretty standard.  I'm going to be starting at APU/AMU in August, for an online BA in Political Science and the course load is pretty standard to a traditional school.  Their tuition is 3000 for four three credit classes so that's 250/every credit but, that includes books, etc.
