Not quite understanding

Do i need to spend money on the offers i choose in order to make money? or just fill out the things and get paid....i dont want a million offers coming into my e mail all the time if i need to sign up for stuff in order to make money...HELP ME :peace:

you only have to spend money if you want to,  if you dont want all the stuff coming to your email  get another email just for that
