Fruits/Veggies

So what fruits/veggies need to be refrigerated and which don't?  I always assume if they arn't refrigerated at the store I can leave them out at home as well.

One vegetable that is not refrigerated at the store is onions. Every time we buy onions (still not cut) we always refrigerate them. It seems to me they last a little longer.

Pretty much every fruit and vegetable we buy ends up in the refrigerator, whether it is refrigerated at the store or not.  The exceptions would be bananas and potatoes.  With radishes, we wash them, cut the root tips and leafy parts off, and store in a glass bowl of water in the refrigerator.  They seem to last much longer this way.

we refrigerate all of our fruits and veggies or else they go bad too fast. the one exception is potatoes, we store them in the cupboard

Yeah I have no choice I have to refrigerate all I buy I live in a humid state so lmao if I want them to last I have no choice

Chocolate is my other lover - if chocolate dissapeared off the face of the Earth, I'd die.

I put them in the fridge so that they keep better.  I like the taste better if left at room temp.

If they are refrigerated at the store, then you have to put them back in the fridge at home.  I usually put all mine in the fridge.  Some times I leave my onions out and I always leave bananas out.

I refrigerate all my fruits and veggies, even bananas-they last longer even though the skin gets darker the inside is still perfect.

everything except bananas, pretty much. but i didn't know
the insides stay perfect and just the outsides darken if you
put them in the fridge? hmm...

i have a troublesome time with fruit flies, so most everything
goes in the fridge! and yes, i've tried those vinegar remedies.
they only work for so long. hmpf.

We usually refrigerate all fruits and veggies except our bananas.

Pretty much all of them except bananas and avocados.

I eat them too fast for them go bad quickly.
