Is there a way on here to refer people? To get paid they have to become a member? I'm also a newbie.

Definitely referrals--if you don't have them, I like the daily ptc for .15 and the videos that surface.  Of course that won't get you to payout alone, but it is a nice supplement and easy when complemented with the other offers that do pay higher, plus these credit more reliably.

Referrals are the best but most have no clue what they're doing when it comes to them.  On here, as opposed to similar sites, I like doing offers as they approve nicely and they have high payouts.

figured out the answer to my own question by reading the FAQs (duh).

you get a buck per referral, and you get two bucks if they do an offer.

Not only that, but you also get $5 for life every time your referrals cash out. Cha-ching!
