Does The Time Change Where You Live?

I live in Virginia and the time changes twice a year. In April the time spring forward and the day light is long and I love it. And around October it falls backward and I hate it beacuse I know winter is around the corner. Does the time change where you live?

Yes for me it does. I live in Pa but I believe you and I are in the same time zone. Eastern time.
