Daily Tasks not working?

No matter which daily task I click on, it says I've done all I can please check back later. But some of them I've never done, and some I've done over and over. I'm wondering if the daily tasks are down or if I can't do anymore because I've met a certain quota.

Mine says that I don't qualify everytime so I have not completed one yet>>>> :(
