Automatic Referral Program

It would be nice “automatic referral assignment” to new users that do not have a referrer. We could have upgrade options where you can upgrade to different levels. Each level would represent different chances of being automatically referred. We could use money from the balance we have on the account to upgrade or an external source (like PayPal or credit card).
