Explorer Closes
« on: September 06, 2010, 02:45:02 pm »
When I use explorer when I click on an offer my window program pops a message that say my explorer encountered an error and will close.  It does restart but I have found that I do not get credit for the offer.  I have switched to firefox, I will let you know if I encounter any problems with that.

Maybe clear your IE data or reset your IE to defaults and see if your issue still exists.  Also did you recently upgrade from IE7 to 8 or downgrade - might be part of your issue?

No upgrade or downgrade.  I did recently add the toolbar and will check out the privacy settings and clear all:)  hopefully that will help.  I will let you know.

Not too sure about 8 as I am still at 7 myself.  I know Firefox works fine and I have the most recent version of that
