Kohler should have kept his word and put you on time out..you are not helping that situation...Tyler an Kohler are grown azzed men (i think)...they dont need the help of any outsiders making a situation worse...tempted as i was to post over there...when Kohler politely asked us not to...i didnt...i wish things had not turned so bad over there...i dont think that joe2k8 meant for things to get out of hand as they did, i detected no malice when he posted...but if i were the Admins...i woulda said simply

..."Thank your for your concerns regarding the laws of free speech on FC forums..but please understand, we have these rules in place in an attempt to make the forums a pleasant place for our members...we do not allow members to post negative opinions about our advertisers because to be honest...if THEY dont pay us..we cant pay you..so while we understand your view of this not being fair, if our advertisers pull their offers..then we will no longer exist..we here at FC do take the concerns of our members seriously, but regarding certain issues..we have to stand firm...but please feel free to continue using our forums and once again I thank you for your concern on this matter"..

No, I didn't intend for things to get out of hand the way they did.  I thought I was being nice by posting the thread, because I was informed by the web master that I was breaking federal laws by doing what I was doing and not having federal laws listed in my terms of service.  I was given the option to straighten it out or get shut down.  Plain and simple.  I didn't want FC to be shut down for doing the same thing that I did.  Banning people or threatening to ban people because I didn't like what they said.

There was no reason to be ganged up on the way that I was.  No reason what-so-ever.  Especially when my intent was to help.

some..... dumb-dumb head said fusioncash.... and other sites cant develop their own policy's to usage of their forum(s) that go against the right to freedom of speech... and by federal guidelines.... the ONLY bannable issues are *bleep*/hate/etc. (extreme reasons)

despite numerous attempts by admin for the poster to "put up" (the exact federal guideline/rule/law) or shut up.... he did neither.

then.... interestingly enough.... WITHOUT THAT PROOF.... he posted a link to his forum and invited a few fcers to come chat with him. (the link was removed faster than you can say.... "see, ya!")

hell, i offered to be his friend, but he neither accepted nor declined.... he SNUBBED ME!

that was very rude of him and he hurt my damn feelings.... but i'll live... i think.
