So sorry to hear about your loved one.  No time is really good, but here at christmas makes it even harder.  All i can say is I pray for them, and hope for the best.  I know what u r going thru, I lost my oldest son on easter 3 yrs ago and christmas or any other day for that matter will never be the same.  take care of yourself, kohler.

Sorry guys - one of my relatives is extremely sick (not going to make it) and so for their Christmas present I sat up there for most of the night and the day. The hospital did not have a public internet access that I could use. I apologize for being late. But we will have one and it will run a little longer and be a little more money since you guys had to wait a day. Remember, I am human and I am the only one who puts these together and sometimes life comes first. I am sure you guys can understand.

I agree with the others Kohler, no need to apologize. Family must always come first. So sorry to hear this, especially at this time of the year. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Your life is way more important and your family. Hope things are better now.

Doesn't bother me. I feel that I have always been on top of things and that is what our users expect: the best. So when I fail to deliver the best I feel like you all have a right to know why. Sometimes it is easy to forget that everyone's screen name actually has a real person with a real life outside of this forum. I am not looking for sympathy from anyone, but I did feel like you guys had a reason and a right to know why the promotion was not posted yesterday.

Kohler, whether or not the promos are posted on time doesn't make you the best.  Your consistency and the way you are conscientious about posting payments and promos and keeping us coming back for more is what makes you the best.  Take care of yourself and your family... we know that you'll deliver, regardless of when it is.

No idea - the wireless network included a "Guest Wireless" but connecting to it with multiple laptops led to a connection with limited or no connectivity. So I just gave up on it.
