I don't see what could be so difficult. Just look for the new post from Kohler and READ it and click on the Survey link provided and it will take you to the contest where you just make your choices. What is so difficult about that?

Maybe when they click it, it opens a new window and then have to click something. Might be confusing if they are not aware of the new page that opens and then have to click again.
