What are you looking for?  Do you like warm or cold places, beaches or mountains?  A good time to travel is the beginning of December about two weeks before Xmas.

Depends on what you like to do and what kind of weather you like.  There is beach and sun there is snow vacations.  This time of year leaves are changing and there is alot of places to go.  Do you want to relax or do extreme sports.

Pigeon Forge, TN is by far my favorite vacation destination. I've been every time of year too. Fall is the best since it's not too hot and not too cold. I've been 3 times in the past 4 years. LOVE the mountains.

If you don't mind a lot of people, I recommend New York City. I've only been there in the summer, but I suspect it'd be beautiful and comfortable in the fall or spring as well (less humid and probably not as crowded). You will NEVER run out of things to do and it is just a gorgeous city. You don't have to drive anywhere, just take the subway or cabs everywhere you want to go. I love it so much.

If you want a more laid back vacation, I really love Daytona Beach, FL or Treasure Island, FL. There's tons to do in both places. Again, I've only been to those places during the summer, but I'm sure it would be good during the fall, as well. Less hot. I'd stay away from Daytona during the Spring, though (obviously.. haha).

Cruise to the Bahamas on Royal Caribbean. Absolutely amazing. I'd do it again and again, and again.
That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.

You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into in the first place.

I love warm climates.  Fall or summer is the best time to go to the Outer Banks.
