Signature Bar for Web Pages

Hey,

I see this signature bar under many peoples names, and also when you click it and it allows you to sign up, it puts that person in the referral bar. I was wondering how I get that bar or where I find the code for it. I would like to post this to a few things I belong to, to help try and attract people.

I was also wondering if when someone signs up using your recommendation, does it give you credit for that? If so, how much is the credit for it?

They do credit you for referrals: $1 for signing up, $2 when they complete their first offer, and $5 when they cash out, every time. It's pretty cool!
