I think everybody uses facebook now of days. Anyways, I just saw "The Social Network" movie It was good.

I think FB is a fun way to keep up w/ family and to reconnect with old friends.  However, I am reluctant to put too much personal info on there and have lots of blocks in place.

It's great to stay connected, but people are taking facebook and the new technologies overboard.  I really don't like going out to eat and having everyone's face in their phone having other conversations on facebook and social networing sites.  It's rude. And although it's a great way to stay connected with many people, it's fairly easy to neglect the people that are close to you.  Basically, what I'm seeing is that people are trading in the quality of friends for quantity and are finding it more acceptable or easier to talk to a screen rather than an actual person.

I love Facebook.  It allows me to stay connected to my kids.

Right now our son is serving in Kuwait.  Via Facebook his wife has been sharing the whole pregnancy experience with him.  She posted the baby's 3D ultrasound pictures, so now we all know what our new grand baby will look like (She will be born 12-10-10)

Besides, the connecting with kids aspect though, I love it because I play a game that pays me to play it.
