Well this morning I didn't have anything extravagant. Just a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and some orange juice. That's it. lol! Poor me.

I had a sausage, egg, and cheese Hot Pocket topped with lots of hot sauce for breakfast. I had a glass of milk with it also.

that sounds soooo goood mmm lol.. i had a cereal bar and doritos. I know only the cereal bar would be healthy. But i work early in the morning and sometimes i'm not that hungry to eat a full course meal.

I ate some chocolate chip pancakes, skim milk, pepper bacon, and fruit. I have ice hockey tryouts later, so i have to be energized!

I went with my standard of coffee, oatmeal with honey, cinnamon, roasted almonds and craisins. I just might go back in the kitchen for some yogurt and add a touch of the  rhubarb-strawberry sauce I made from the garden this summer.
