I ate my usual breakfast ... a bowl of Multigrain Cheerios and a cup of coffee.  I LOVE those cheerios!!!  I use to eat toast everyday or an english muffin but for about the past year I have been hooked on cheerios!!!

Well I am not intrested in breakfast, When I wakeup I only have a cup of instant coffee and an hour later another cup of instant coffee the first time I eat it's like lunch time at 1 O'clock, My mom always say the most inportant meal is the breakfast but I was always like that I don't feel like eating in the morning

I scrambles eggs in the microwave and ate them between two pieces of toast with sugar free jelly. It was pretty good, too, except I wish my milk hadn't of spoiled.

I only had a cup of chai tea this morning even though I cooked scrambled eggs for my little girl. I usually don't eat in the morning and only have lunch. I guess it's good for you if you eat small amount of food every 3 hours or something than eat 3 meals but who has time for that?

In the morning I always have two cups of coffee.  Coffee made with extra bold beans usually but, I have recently made my coffee using expresso beans and they taste great and wake me up.  I am a caffeine junkie what can I say, and I am not a morning person.  But, that is usually the time I watch the morning news, check my email and log into the FC site to post and check up on surveys.  I am always on the internet!!!  I believe it is the greatest thing ever!!!

I had 3 egg omelet with onions, mushrooms, sausage and cheese. Cup of coffee. Glass of OJ. And a bunch of strawberries. yummy.

I will be eating leftover pizza I made for dinner last night - grated the cheese, poured on the sauce - sliced the sticks of pepperoni - delicious!  Great way to wake up!
