That really makes sense and I know a few who quit because of their bosses though they liked the company they worked for...awful!

So true. I worked for a horrible manager... he always criticized, never positive, and always in a bad mood.

i'm sure most people leave their jobs because of management or the people around them.  Sometimes it's also for a promotional opportunity somewhere else with many other things equal.

I LOVE my job -- I love what I do -- i think that helps a lot
