account restricted????

I talked my fiance into signing up for fusioncash because I made $25 here in a couple of days, it wouldn't credit him the $5 for activating his account and when he tried to verify our phone number it said they had restricted his account for security reasons.  Why would they do that??? I didn't have any problems when I signed up and verified our phone number. Any help you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!

Maybe because it is one account per household/internet connection?

Ok I got a Couple of questions for you.  Are the 2 of you using 2 differant computers.  ( You can not both use the same computer to sign on)

The second question is the phone number the 2 of you used to veriphy the account are the 2 of you using the same phone number?

ok, yeah we have the same phone # and same computer, I didn't realize that wasn't allowed. Thanks guys!!
