@javadog597 - You'll have to make a certain amount of posts.  I apologize, I'm not sure how many posts you have to have, though.

I think it has to do with cashouts, forum postings, offers completed, time on the site, etc etc. i really don't know, but mine changed after a few months!

If I remember right the next step is 50 posts to be jr member.

Just keep posting and the title will change.  It should be easy to do if you want the forum bonus.  I am not sure what the numbers are to change the title.

There is a schedule based on posts. not sure where we can find that, but the more you post the higher you will rank. It is posts only, I think.

This is a good question! I was wondering the same thing. I assumed it was after a cash out or two, your level would change. But I see now people are saying it is based on posts. I guess I will keep on reading and keep on posting!
