I shower most days. Usually it's every day but sometimes I'll skip a day if I smell fine. It just depends.

The idea of taking an hour in the shower is completely insane to me though ... I take from 10-20 minutes, and even 20 feels like an indulgence!

I shower everyday!  I cannot possibly feel right if I don't take a shower first thing in the morning!  I crave that clean fresh feeling in the morning after showering, once I'm awake.

I have no shower schedule. Even I don't know how often I will shower tomorrow or if I will. I am that type of person who can walk into the shower to use the bathroom and decide to take a shower. It might happen several times a day.  I don't use soap, the things I use don't have any sulfate that will dry my skin. Same for my hair. I only use conditioner. So it doesnt hurt me!

i shower every day and wash my hair when it is drity because it will dry out. i hate showers in the wonter my house is so cold i hate the cold feeling getting out

Ok I shower everyday.  But I remember when my child was younger and sometimes there is not time to do it all.  But remember showering or bathing is time for you so you should try to find the time sometime during the day for the time to yourself.  Even if it is 10 minutes to jump in and out.

Wow there are a lot of wasteful people. I have no objections to showering daily if you are in a physical or dirty line of work or you exercise every day. However, I tend to shower only a few days a week because I am not very active most of the time at work or at home.
