I like watching football better because I feel that the athletes are playing alot harder at football and have a lot more on the line as far as injury goes.  Both tall and short classes can, and do, play football whereas only one or two short players have made it into basketball.  Athletes are trying their hardest for 100% of a football game whereas basketball teams seem to exert their biggest effort in the final minutes of the game.
