im concerned with PTC

I had trouble with it today as well, but I think I mighta had a bad connection at the time.

Sometimes you will run into this, just close it out and try again when problems arise. If that fails then close FC out and sign back in after a few minutes and try again and it should work. Hope this helps!

I just did the PTC as well and it worked fine for me.  I did it just like i usually do and received my .15 with no problems.

It took me 4 tries to get it to "cycle" and the problem here was the "captca code" (enter the text) but it finally worked,,,,,,,,,but thought the Admin should be alerted.

I also had problems with the PTC and DCE this morning.  The first time trying both, I got a "socket" message.  I cleared cookies and tried again.  This time, the captcha wouldn't load for the PTC.  Refreshed a few times and finally got it to work.  The second attempt on the DCE worked fine.  This is the first time in 1.5 years I have had any problem with either the PTC or DCE.  I'm not at all concerned and am quite confident the Admin will have the issue addressed by tomorrow's offers.

i think this happens when you enter the captcha wrong, but i'm not sure. i think the captcha thing is really annoying. why did they change it like this anyway?

I haven't had any problems at all with PTC or DCE.  As far as the captcha thing...I don't like it but it's a lot worse on some other sites I use.  At least you can read these.   LOL

i agree it could be worse, i'm just glad they got rid of having us to watch a video to get the captcha code, or at least that's what was happening to me when this all first started. that's just not too fair to the dial up users.

PTC just worked for me but DCE didn't this morning.

I tried several times early this morning but it wouldn't work. I waited several hours & tried again & it worked just fine - must have been a glitch in the system.
