Yes I have received a few already. Each time with 2 to 5 dollars inside the envolope along with a survey booklet. It took me usually 10 minutes to finish one survey and this is a very reliable consistant company but not available on FC yet.

The parent company for it seems to be going through a bit of a reorganization, so I'm not sure if this offer will be returning.

It sounds really amazing. Thats a very good pay rate for completing surveys. Where can I find em ?

Where do you get the information for this at?   Is it something that they mail to your address?

I signed up for this one via FusionCash about a year ago (apx).  I just received a new survey today along w/ another $5.00.  Will drop the survey back in the mail by the end of next week and wait for the next.  The survey's can be time consuming but I just fill it out while I am watching a movie w/ the kids.

They send me monthly twice with $5 bill . One time I got online survey for $5 from Consumer opinion. If you complete your survey regularly then they will send more surveys..
