Cash out dates?

Ok,  so I thought I had read the requirements for all the aspects of this site, but I guess I missed something.  I submitted for a cashout on 4-7, and it says to expect it by 5-20.  When is the cut off date each month?  (I apologize because I'm sure this has been answered thousands of times already.)

Cashout deadline is always the last day of the month before 11:59 PM PST.  If you cashout prior to that date you will still have to wait until the 20th of the following month.

My advice would be to cancel your cashout and keep earning until April 30th and cashout then.
