Do I have to set up my Direct Deposit in order to cash out?

Not sure what the issue could be, unless all the money you made was from your referrals....$15 of your cashout balance has to be money you made yourself...but dont panic, its not the end of the month yet, you can still add more money to your balance if you like... ..

...and yes your direct deposit info needs to be submitted im sure..double check all your banking info before you submit it, to be on the safe side..

1.. is all your money from referrals? or atleast 15 from you doing offers?
2. do you mean it won't cashout as in you have'nt gotton it yet or it's still pending?
if so then that's because no matter when you cashout you don't get paid till the next month and it will sit pending until your payment is processed. most don't cashout till the last day of the month since you don't get paid till about the 20 of the next month no matter what. cashout april 30th. get paid may 20th..

You still have time, I did $15 in offers in a couple of hours so I could cash out again. You will have to request it by the end of the month and then wait until about the 20th of next month to get it.

Its in the TOS, one account per household.

Your IP address is yours alone, unless you are on a public one, which is also not allowed.  So - its 1 person per household, since the IP address would be the same for the entire household.  (so, that means only one person)

Not really.  I've had my IP address both secured and unsecured and haven't had any problems with GPT sites.
