Which do you prefer " Going to bed early or late " ?

I prefer to go to bed late. I am a night owl, but I also the quiet time I get.

Early if it's cold and rainy outside. Late if I am playing with my laptop.

I like going to bed early. I feel better in the morning when I get at least 8-hours of sleep.

     I like to go to bed around 10PM..  I get up around 5:30AM..

Im more of going to bed late kinda guy I have a hard time sleeping so I'll watch some new movies on my laptop sit back on facebook chat it up with friends keep me busy intill i get tired and want to hit the hay but going to sleep late is good but then again wanna watch your sleep always staying up late isnt healthy for your body so try and get rest as much as you can

I am a night owl!  I have to tell myself to go to bed, otherwise I will be up till dawn.   For example, I started my taxes last night at 1:00am.   LOL   My wife thinks I am nuts.

I prefer going to bed late but life isn't always how we want it to be.  I have to go to bed early with the job i have now.

Generally late but I'm trying to break myself of that. I'd save quite a bit on electricity if I went to bed earlier.

I go to bed really late and get up a little early as well. I sleep only 6 hours a night. I'm used to it now.
