I believe the first change occurs at 50 posts (2 stars/Jr Member)
 and the next change occurs at 100 (3 stars /Full Member).
Then the breakpoints get wider.

The highest I've seen is Gold member with 9 stars.  (Old Buddy had 2052 postings)

Its like that when you first start then after a while it increases from that all the way to senior
