What happened to the TicketsForOpinions offer?

I checked yesterday and saw that the offer was back so I did it on my junk PC but never got credit for downloading the toolbar. I tried the offer today on my good pc and the toolbar offer is still there  and I am definitely not putting that on this one, guess I'll just have to wait it out

It is back, I just did it and got my credit .50 for today.  It is on the daily page and you should have a link to it.  I did anyway and it credited very well.
Thanks fusion cash for bringing it back I it easy to complete this offer.

The last two days I have gotten a page saying "sorry not qualified."
