I am  in Illinois, infact I live on what they call an island, in calhoun county otherwise known as Gods country.  You have to either go across a lift bridge or go by ferry.  I can be around the St. Louis are by way of crossing a ferry in approximately 30 minutes.  It is amazing to be so close to a larger city but yet we are considered very remote/rural.
