You do not have enough posts for the selected month. You must have at least 30 posts in the selected month to qualify.

It takes more than 1 month to receive credit so it was probably a previous month's 30 post credit.

Even if you post 30 times I do believe they are looking for those who try their best to help others when posting. Its really there to reward those who would post on the forums anyway, and who happen to have had posted at least 30 times. If you're doing the post for the sake of only getting the 3 dollars there wouldn't be much point in them giving the 3 dollars anyway.
