it late at night can't sleep. what do u do I get the laptop out and post hear and help people save on there gasoline or food.

read a good book ...like me this work 1 book read in 24 hrs that contain 280 pages . Once you reach the last page definitely you'll be dead tired

i lay there until i fall asleep again.  even thought sometimes it takes a while i know it will happen eventually

when I can't sleep at night I start by turning on the TV find something to watch. I put the tv on sleep so it turns off in 30 minutes.Most of the time I fall asleep before the tv turns off. If not after about an hour I just get up and start working on the computer FC etc

I put in my ear buds and listen to ESPN radio. I fall asleep every time.

I usually just lay there and wait to fall asleep again.I don't get up and read or do the computer,because reading doesn't make me sleepy,I love to read.And I could sit at the computer all the time.

when I go to bed, I spray a little lavender oil on my pillow and I sleep....no trouble with insomnia.....just one spray ON THE PILLOW. It relaxes you.

I have heard that about lavender.  For myself, I read and that usually makes me sleepy.

A lot of times when I can't sleep I go sleep on the couch in our living room.  I usually fall asleep pretty quick when do.  No clue why because my bed a lot more comfortable than the couch.
