Today I will watch as the Red Sox travel down to Texas to begin the first undefeated season in the history of baseball. If, however they should happen to lose, well there's always next year!

Oh, baseball been berry berry bad to me.
Never could get used to all that action - even went to quite a few Rockies games and (old time) bears games.  Just can't stay awake for it in person or on the tv.  Maybe it really is a guy thing.

I sure can't be ever mistaken for a band wagon Yankee fan! I saw my first game at the stadium with my Dad when I was 10 and have been a fan ever since. (BTW--I am now 71). So, I have been there through a lot of players and managers-LOL!
I love opening day because it is a new beginning and the winter is over and my Yankees are back on the field. :heart:
