Mystery Science Theater 3000. The movies are terrible (no duh), but the sections between the movies are just AWESOME.

My favorite science fiction show is the original Star Trek, followed closely by Outer Limits and Twilight Zone.  I also like Alfred Hitchcock.

I like Dr. Who and the Twilight Zone. Dr. Who's not really up on the special effects but David Tennant's great.

well, i like to watch ghost hunters and thats on the science fiction channel so i guess thats my favorite science fiction show.

Right now it's Star Wars:The Clone Wars (big surprise there,right? ) But I'm also a big fan of Classic Star Trek and to a lessor extent The Next Generation.

I like Classic Battlestar Galactica & Buck Rogers,too.I guess I like my sci-fi Old School.

I loved the X-Files back in the day. I still watch it if I get a chance, but I haven't seen it on in a while so I don't know if it still airs. I used to watch the old Stargate show, but not all the time. And there was this show called 7 Days I loved to watch, not really sure if that would be considered science fiction or not. I think it would be, given the time travel thing but dunno for sure.
