Suggestion: Privacy when completing offers.

They have sections that show whether the offer is free, or about a certain type of survey I think they should create a section where you do not have to give your personal information to the websites. A section where you only take the survey with risking where you live and your other personal info.

If you don`t want to give out your info, you could always refer others here.

I think everyone needs to do their due diligence when doing any offer.  Take the time to read the privacy policies and terms of service of each offer before even entering one bit of information.  If anything in there just seems to rub you the wrong way, for whatever reason, or is a little unclear, or makes you worry, you probably should just close the window out and try another offer.

That's great advice! I just an attack page warning while clicking the daily email, so we really need to be careful.

Someone ordered a magazine in my name and I know it was not me. when your clicking through the offers and you are just trying to get through and they are forcing you to keep saying no to the same things over and over and you hit skip they could have something already shaded out as if you wanted the offer and you need to undo it. I think that is what happened but I will call that company and tell them no magazine charge or send as it was not legit done.

The thing is though, there really is no such thing as personal information any longer, in regards to your home address. The amount of information on most of us that is available in public domain/public records databases is pretty extensive.

Search for yourself at sites like http://www.spokeo.com/ , http://www.peekyou.com/ .... it's really incredible the amount of information they have.

What's frustrating also is, if you ask for a removal they will honor it, but the next time they run a sweep of public information sites, sometimes it will show up again.

Ok i'm a little worried now. But hey i do just the free offers and never give info such as my cell phone or ss numbers or cc numbers. That at least helps.
