With the radiation leaks and oil spills into the ocean, would you still eat seafood?

I LOVE Seafood!!!!! If this was to happen, I wouldn't touch it. It seems it would be harmful. :-

If the seafood from that area is tested and found to be unsafe, they won't allow it to be sold. So, yes, I will eat seafood!

i'm a big fan of seafood and food/health inspections
in restaurants (the kind you'd want to eat seafood in)
seem to have pretty tight regulations, and i would imagine
that seafood undergoes even more safety precautions
than average meats because of the quick spoiling times
and stuff.

...in a word, YES. i will continue to eat seafood.

I can eat my weight in seafood!  I would still eat even if it contained high mercury!

There is a list of mercury in fish to guide you. I stay away from swordfish, there's a fish in the swordfish family called "Escobar" (sp?).

I have never liked seafood. So it won't change anything.

I love seafood, in fact I have seafood every Friday.  Was brought up that way, every friday my Dad would fry fish and we always had crab boils, sprimps and every kind of seafood.  I am from Savannah, Georgia :)

I am not worried. I trust that our food industry and safeguards are thorough enough. I love seafood!! I just last week ate at Red Lobster and plan to go to a Maryland Seafood house next month for anniversary.
