What do you do to relax?

I'm looking for some new ways to relax even if it's just for 5-10 minutes. In the nice weather i will  just sit outside maybe read a book or do a suduko puzzle. other times I will watch tv for a little bit or listen to music.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

I like watching movies...I try to watch 2 or 3 a week. That helps me wind down after the day!

I read or play games on the computer.  I also like to do puzzles.  I occasionally watch tv.

I like to read books or watch a movie. I've been so busy lately, I haven't had much time to do either.

i read and sometimes do yoga and when i can i go to the gym and use the pool.

I enjoy doing the Daily Crossword puzzle in our newspaper....that is if I get to it before my husband does!

I also like Sudoka puzzles.

I play video games to relax.  Or I will take a walk with my daughter's and/or wife.

I usually read or play computer games. TV and movies are also something enjoyable to do. I also enjoy chatting in forums (esp if you get paid to do so  ) In the summer when the weather is nice, I like to go on short day trips: there's a small town next to a river about an hour away that offers biking as well as rafting experiences. I'll sometimes just get in my car, crank up some good tunes, go driving for a few hours on back / country roads, find a new restaurant (usually locally owned) at some tiny town for lunch, then turn around and find a different way back home... I call that going on a "lost drive" since I'm just driving and getting myself lost in the backroads. It actually helps esp. when I'd move to a new place; I'd begin to learn my way around the area more than I would just going to school/work and back home. Although with gas prices the way they are, I probably won't be doing much of those this summer. In the evenings I enjoy going down to a local bar to meet up with friends and sing karaoke. If I'm feeling really ambitious, I'll sometimes do constructive entertainment: when I was younger, I used to make my own computer games (and I still sometimes think about doing something like that) but now it seems to similar to work for me that I don't tend to relax in that activity like I once was able to.

I really have not much time to relax, with 2 teenagers, a husband and 2 jobs, but I love to read and I watch TV, sometimes I just take a day off to be with me, myself and I and that is the best relaxation I can have.
