That advise is a lot more useful on other sites that have dozens of 25c offers. Most of the freebies here can all go to the same email address. All pay offers can go there.
On those 25c offers if you use the same email address on all offers they won't credit after a while, because that email is already in the system.

Ccleaner cleans all the junk off of your machine from drive by downloads. I run it every night before I shut down. It usually cleans off 50 MB's
or so, not counting what it also cleans out of the Registry.
