Do you wear heels?

I've tried to wear heels but can't do that anymore. I'm prone to fractures In my feet/ankles plus I have poor circulation so my feet stay swelled.

I wear heels just to work and church and take them off while I am sitting at my desk and ocassionally while I am walking around the office

I love and do wear heels. No stilettos though. Darn near 50 and still strutin' my stuff. I take my time, love the way they look and they come in handy as weapons too

I wear low- to medium-high heals on occasion. They hurt my feet and i have a hard time finding ones that i really like.

I have one pair of heels which I have worn twice to special occasions. I am not able to walk fast in them. I can only walk in a lady-like pace. Wear them too long, my feet will get tired. I usually wear flats and running shoes. I have always prefer to wear comfortable shoes over heels.

I use to wear small heels but not high one and beside heels are not good for your feet

Wearing heels teaches your body good balance and coordination when you walk.

No, you're wrong. Elevating and then pushing forward is the worst position to put your body in because it is totally unnatural and forces your back, hips, and spinal column to overcompensate. The upside to that? You, and others like you, will keep orthopedists, chiropractors, back surgeons, and podiatrists in business forever.

I rarely wear heels, certainly NOT while I am on my feet all day in the hospital, but I have a lot of expensive pairs if I need them when I am dressed up - they look good sitting in my closet. I am also tall (5'9"+), so I don't need them to appear taller. I hate seeing a woman who is short walking around in 4-6 inch heels! They look ridiculously out of proportion (midget on little stilts comes to mind) and never walk with a normal gait, but I guess they think it looks sexy and maybe it does, just not IMO.

I wear heels on occasion. It is nice to get all dressed up every now and then and go out and do something fun

I don't wear high heels much anymore and when I do I pay the price!  I only wear them for special events. 

If guys wear them that post here, then I really don't want to hear about it!  Sorry, couldn't resist!

     You do not need to suffer to look beautiful. I used to wear high heels. One day I realize they were uncomfortable and impractical. I switched to flat shoes. There are many beautiful styles to choose from.

Nope not really i cannot walk in them if i wear heels i would have little baby heels
