do you wear high heels or flats

high heels are very bad for your feet.
I could never wear them because of my handicap and my right leg.
I go for 1 inch heels.

I wear high heels because I am very short, even though it makes my feet hurts, still wanna be taller a little bit.

Take hils 1 inch at a time and work up to a comfortable height .

I'm usually barefoot at home.  When I go out I usually wear flats because I have foot problems and have a hard time finding shoes that fit comfortably.

I wear flats (including boots, sneakers and sandals) 95% of the time and heels 5% of the time.

I only have one pair of flats that I bought a few years ago. I still wear it once in a while depends where I am going. I always wear sneakers though. Don't wear heels. Not my thing.

I use to love wearing high heels but not too high, average high heels. Now since iam  pregnant I find flat shoes and sandals are more comfortable then high heels. I have to admit I miss wearing high heels but they are just not a good idea when iam  pregnant or at least that's my story, I font know how other pregnant women wear high heels.

It really depend, if I have special occasion like a party I would wear high heels, but when I do excise I need to wear flats, who don't

I wear both, but it depends on the occasion. I like heels as long as they're four inches and under. For the most part, it's not like I have to wear heels all day, so I like wearing them. Make no mistake though, I like my flats just as much, especially if I do a lot of walking.
