Livestrong to lose weight

16 days ago I started a site called Livestrong; I track my food intake and exercise on it.  I've lost about 5 lbs so far!

If anyone's trying to lose some weight, try using this site to monitor your food intake and activity level.  It's amazing how much my compulsive snacking has decreased; I don't want to have to write it down, so I don't eat it!    :thumbsup:

That sounds cool I will have to check into that,  I could stand to loose a few pounds
