do u guys eat your fruits and veggies

I just wonder do you guys actually eat fruits and veggies? I dont I am trying to get better but i was raised more of just the meat or main course pasta, tacos, burgers but never having a side of fruits and veggies so never really ate them what about you guys ? If u do what types of fruits and veggies?

   I love vegetables and use a variety of them either lightly steamed, in a stir-fry or in a salad.  They can also be grated and added to many different recipes for extra nutrition/fiber. 
   I have a hard time with fruit though mainly because I don't care for it....I try to pick a couple of different fruits each week.  I've tried making smoothies but I didn't like them.  My dogs LOVE fruit: watermelon, apples, unsweetened applesauce, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, pears, peaches, mango, pineapple, mango---they eat alot more fruit than I do.

I love fruits and veggies.i eat 1-2 salads a day and get about 7-9 servings per day Summer is a great time because there are lots of fresh produce available. it's easy to add themTry putting bananas or berries on your cereal or ice cream. Smoothies are another great way to get fruit bananas and raspberries or strawberries. if you like meat add cooked chicken or steak to a salad. You can also add peppers shredded carrots, onion , fruits and nuts to salads. green peas are great cold try mixing them with tuna or in salads.

We have our own garden so we get fresh vegies everyday. We also live in south Florida so we get fresh fruit. It sure makes a difference.

Fruits and vegetables are good for health. we must eat fruits before meal.

I just started eating a lot of salads and pretty much buy the store out of their vegetable section. It would be so much easier to eat healthy if it wasn't so damn expensive. I used to eat more fruits but I guess I should start doing that again.

I've always loved fresh fruits and some veggies.  Just recently, I've been working on adding more to my meals than I used to.  Also now instead of snacking on cookies or chips, I snack on fruits and veggies like apples, bananas, strawberries, oranges, lettuce and cucumbers.

I try but I never do well eating fruits and veggies! my problem is they're kind of expensive (I'm a poor college student) so I try to make myself feel better by drinking that V8 Fusion juice

Yes both fruits and veggies are an important part of your balance diet, they both help you live more healthier, and it is recommended that you should eat them everyday.

I do eat my fruits and veggies. They do not last long in this house. I buy them as much as i can afford them. we ate a lot of veggies when we were younger but not alot of fruits.

i love pretty much any veggie....but fruits, not so much.  I may have some cranberries on a salad from time to time, or mandarin oranges in a grilled chicken recipe, but that's about it.  when i was younger i use to eat can after can of mixed fruit, snack pack lunch size fruit cups, grapefruits for breakfast,,and so on..but, as someone mentioned about, fruit is so expensive, plus I just don't have the taste for it much any more.
