Sure. The Sat mini-promotion that is currently active can be found under Contests & Promotions on the Discussion board. Both weekly contests are always the first topics listed. Here's the one you want:

      Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) Mini Promotions - Non-Sports Related

Click on that link and you'll see the current contest (the only one not crossed out) Suggest a Promo Part 2. Now click on that and you can enter your idea and submit it.

I try to remember every Tuesday and Saturday to look for the mini-promo.  Sometimes they don't post until Wednesday or Sunday, though.  I still keep looking!
