I like to live my life by a favorite Bible quote: This is the day the Lord hath made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!  I love that verse as it doesn't matter what you are going through in life, if you always give thanks, then it becomes easier to bear. Life is a gift and to be lived with all the blessings that go with it.

At the moment I'm not too happy because our house's sewer line is broken.

Got to say HAPPY, even if I am having a bad day I try to fake it and think happy even if I am not. LOL That is like :BangHead: sometimes.

I'm happy right now. I've been sad for a while but I'm starting to feel good mentally again. I've turned into quite the bookworm over the past 2 months (mostly rereading what I read years ago but forgot, will start on new books soon) and have been walking. It has improved my mood dramatically.

God Bless you.  I needed to hear that this morning.  I am a Christian and I am thankful for each day.  I have been so depressed over things that are going on in my life and just unable to focus due to the sadness but I am reminded that God Does LOVE me and live is worth living.  Thanks

I try to be happy every day no matter what I am going through.  I was diagnosed with depression 13 years ago.  Medication sent me into suicide thoughts.  They  cant put me on anything,  so I do it on my own.  I wake up and tell my self no matter what I am feeling or what is going on in my life today is a happy day.  I find that my whole day changes.  Being unemployed (laid of from my 7 year job) and getting constant letter of sorry we filled this post already, getting my small unemployment check, worrying about the bills try to be happy help me so I dont get so overwhelmed.  I try to find the good in everything.  It works for me.

I'm not sure...I'm tired.  I don't think that falls under either category.
