Sadly, the first thing I do in the morning is light a cigarette. I've tried to quit twice in the past year. Any ideas?

The first thing I do every morning sometimes even before I open my eyes is feel surprised. It's a very quiet type of thing that I don't think I have ever spoken of before but I always feel a little surprised to be alive. I am grateful for my life with all it's ups and downs everyday I am happy to be here.

I believe anything we want to do is possable, it's how bad u want it. IT'S all about 'DECISIONS" AND DETERMINATION. how much do u value u will determine what u will n will not allow to have controll over u.
