Topic: Inbox dollars issue: disappearing dollars and poor customer service  (Read 5904 times)

It's taken two months, but finally I cashed out at Inbox Dollars for 51.55 last night and received 3 dollars in my account and an additional 2 dollars for a cashout satisfaction survey.  I did another survey, watched some videos and was nearly at 6 dollars when I logged out last night.  This morning I check and my account is 2.91 with the only explanation a negative 3 next to the cash surveys on my account page.  I click on specifics and it doesn't show what surveys were rescinded.  I contact live help after a nice wait and the person is very curt with me and tells me to look again that it will be explained on that page.  I'm not stupid and no it's not explained on that page.  While I was talking to them the negative credits went from 3 to 2, but no extra cash in my account. ???  They stated they will forward it to the resolution center in as few words as possible.  This is not an auspicious start after I finally cash out.

I have had fairly good experiences with them although one of my checks never reached me.  I had to wait 90 days and request it again, but they did send it.  You have to remember that all of this stuff is not like having a job where you are guaranteed a paycheck.  Very often we do the work and don't get credit or have credit revoked with much explanation.  I try to deal with it and not get frustrated.  All and all, I think it is a pretty reliable program.  Not as lucrative as FC can be, but still solid.

I am sorry that this happened to you.  Inbox Dollars is one of the older work at home sites and has a good reputation.  At least, I think so.  I have read that they have good customer service.   I think that other Fusion Cash members have posted about Inbox Dollars.  You might do a search.

I am with Inbox Dollars and have just received my third check for just over the minimum cash out.  I only get a check about once a year because I only do the paid emails and videos taking an occasional offer.  Plus I am on similar sites that I work much more.   One has to make choices sometimes.

Could you try calling customer service again and hopefully speaking to another person?  Be courteous but be honest.  Explain that you already spoke to a rep who was very rude.  And that you just would like an explanation as to why your money disappeared.   :dontknow:

I would be interested in what happens and what you found out.   :wave:

This happened to me also on my first cash out. It was a different amount when i initiated to cash out and about $5 dollars short when i got it.

I am also doing inbox dollars almost ready to cash out i hope i don't have any problems. It's gone smoothly so far i actually enjoy doing both fusion cash and inbox dollars.

I've also been doing Inbox dollars.  It seems as though I don't qualify for a lot of stuff.  Fusion Cash is the one I am on the most.

Sorry for your problem.  But I never have that problem but I never have that problem before with them.

Is it possible you have completed the same survey at two different sites ? I have never had a problem with Inbox and would like to see how things pan out for you. Good luck.

I am a member of Inbox dollars and I have received one check from them.  In the past they always sent me the click and get paid, now I never receive those anymore.  They are all surveys and for some reason I have never qualified for any of them.  So I stopped trying and when or if they start resending the click and get paid, I will do those.

Thanks. I was looking into this program but decided to stay away because of reviews such as yours.
