how you react when you angry?

I don't really get angry that often. Most of the times something or someone is about to make me angry, I take it as some kind of distraction from doing what really matters or whatever productive task I was doing to achieve something. So, most of the times, I just smile and walk away.

When I was younger, I was named the volcano because you'd never know it due to my passive nature that I ever get angry. I think I get this trait from my dad. I've tolerate things or people that bug me over time. I just close my mouth & my eyes until on day it maybe the last straw & boom the volcano has exploded usually to some innocent person that was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I wish I knew how to express my anger or feeling on more regular bases so that I can release the anger in small doses instead of letting it out all in 1 explosive time.

When I'm angry I don't say much.  I use not to say anything.

Well when that happens to me I can not let go of it for a long period of time. I cannot flick a switch. So, I do not like getting angry.

I start shaking when I get truly angry (from adrenalin).  My normal sarcasm becomes the biting and snarling type, rather than the gentle nip and nudge type.  I'm confrontational when I'm angry, so I make myself leave the situation before I say or do something I may regret.  My anger builds quickly, but it also fizzles out quickly.

Depends on the degree I'm angry and what I'm angry about.  Definitely a different person in either case.
